Let me introduce myself. My name is Muhammad Zulfan Zubaidi. I am Indonesian and live in Jakarta. Jakarta is the capital of Republic of Indonesia.

I was born in Jakarta 42 years ago from a parent who named Ir. H. Suryani Ismail (deceased). I have four siblings, a wife and two children. During my life, I moved from one city to another so I have a lot of school.

I graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1996 as a Civil Engineer. My thesis entitled "Optimization of Reinforced Concrete Design for Frame Structure with Computer Assist". The thesis obtains an A.

Once I graduated, I went straight to work until now. That means, I've been working for 15 years. The first two years, I worked in accordance with my educational background. But after the monetary crisis in 1998, I worked in the IT field.

The work that I'm most proud of, during my life, is as MIS / IT Specialist at the PNPM-Rural from May 2006 until January 2010. I love working there because I could bring out all my ability to serve my country for the welfare of the people of Indonesia.

During working there, I produced a lot of things. But there are two things that most impact for the common good. That is developing an application program to manage the weekly reports that I gave name Protak and an application program to manage the monthly report that I gave name Protan.

Protak and Protan are used until now throughout Indonesia to report activities of PNPM-Rural even though I was not working there anymore. You can view the reports generated by Protak and Protan in almost all local government offices. Especially in the office of Empowerment Agency of Community and Village Government (BPMD).
